When you take your next walk in the forest, give free rein to your imagination-in many cases, what you imagine is not so far removed from reality, after all! –Peter Wohlleben

Q: What’s one of your favorite Holiday tradition?
A: I’ve been doing the 10x10 practice for a couple years. I pick out 10 people that have impacted my life that year, and I write them a thank you note with 10 of the reasons why I’m grateful for their fellowship, or the specifics of how they helped me over the course of the year. A recipe for deeper connections this Holiday season is to go buy some simple cards, list 10 people, write out 10 reasons why you’re grateful for each, and give them the cards.
