Building up the willpower to workout at home is already hard enough. I don’t know about you, but until I built up a repertoire of possible workouts to choose from on YouTube, I would spend wayy too much time looking for a workout, and not enough time actually working out. Sometimes I would spend half an hour looking through different YouTube workouts to then decide that I didn’t feel like working out anymore. So, in that spirit, here is a curated list of my favorite YouTube workout channels, along with a few of my favorite individual workout videos. Enjoy, and let me know if I missed any!! :)

Fitness Blender

This channel has every type of workout, and I can always find awesome full length videos that guarantee a great sweat. I love how they mix weight lifting and cardio training together, and usually offer a warm up and cool down session. I really like Daniel & Kelli because they give great advice and don’t sugar coat things. They often say things that other work out channels would never dare say, but that’s what I love about them! Plus, when this fun duo does a joint workout video, one of them usually does a low impact version, while the other does the high impact version of the move.

Favorite Videos: 56 Minute SweatFest, 40 Minute Fat Blasting Total Body Strength Training and Toning Workout & 42 Minute Brutal HIIT Cardio and Kettlebell Workout

Ali Kamenova

Ali’s yoga routines are different than most. She mixes in HIIT, cardio, and abs into a lot of her classes, and it’s so much fun and super challenging.

Favorite Videos: AK24 Vinyasa Yoga, AK30 Interval Yoga, Full Body Detox & Yoga for Non-flexible People

Blogilates

Cassey’s channel has a lot of shorter workouts, and I really like to blend them together to create the individual workout I want. I’ll make a playlist that has one of her ab and squat challenges, and then throw in one of her pilates videos. You might look at some of her videos and think, “Oh, that’s only 10 minutes or less, that is too easy and too short for me.” But let me tell you, her quick videos are more intense than ever, and it’s a struggle to get through some of them.

Favorite Videos: Butt Lift & Slim Thighs, Muffintop Massacre, Victoria Secret Bombshell Butt & 1000 Abs Challenge

Yoga With Tim

Tim’s videos are perfect for when I want to perfect a yoga pose, and hold it for longer than I normally would. My legs are usually burning after his videos, and I really like how he explains the moves and teaches you how to have proper form.

Favorite Videos: Sweaty Yoga Flow, Total Body Yoga Burn, Strong & Smart & Yoga for Strength and Balance

POPSUGAR Fitness

First of all, Anna is so fun and encouraging. She will always make you feel like you are legit doing the best job ever. Not only do they bring in a lot of guest trainers, which means you can do workouts with some of the best in the field, but they also have really intense full body workouts that always have me sore the next day.

Favorite Videos: 20-Minute Body-Sculpting Moves, 20-Minute No-Running Cardio, 30 Minute Flat Belly, 40-Minute Metabolism Boosting, Burn 300 Calories in 30 Minutes & 30-Minute Flat Belly

Christine Salus

I love her “1000 calorie workout” type videos, as they always guarantee a super intense workout. Many of her videos are body weight workouts, so it’s easy to do them anywhere! She even has a dorm room workout, which I have used in hotel rooms before.

Favorites: 500 Calorie Total Body HIIT, How to Increase Your Metabolism, 1000 Calorie HIIT Workout

BodyRock

When I’m looking for a SUPER intense work (and seriously, I mean it), I try out one of the BodyRock workouts. You definitely have to dig to find longer workouts, or have enough willpower to watch one of her short videos and do enough sets to make it a full workout. She also does a lot of workout moves that I have never seen on other channels, which is always fun to learn and try something new.

Favorites: 21 Day Bootcamp, Killer Arms & Six-Pack Abs, 21 Day Bootcamp | Day 3

Yoga With Adriene

Other than the fact that Adriene is hilarious, and always says something that makes me laugh, she also is a really great instructor. She has short videos that help you work on specific yoga poses, along with full yoga workouts that can last up to an hour. I watch her videos when I’m either sore from a workout or tired in the morning, but still want to get some yoga in with a trainer who will definitely brighten my day.

Favorites: Yoga for Weight Loss, Yoga For Spinal Health, Full Potential Detox Practice & Yoga For Strength

XHIT Daily

These videos are really great for targeting specific areas and achieving an amazing muscle burn. Some people might roll their eyes, but I really like the celebrity workouts they have. Plus, anyone that promises to give me the legs of Jennifer Lawrence and butt of Beyonce is a winner in my book! ;)

Tone it Up

I love when workout videos are filmed outside, because it makes me feel like I’m there. This channel is one of my favorites for that because they film a lot of their videos on the beach. Who doesn’t want to watch the waves roll in while doing kettlebell swings!

Favorites: Bikini Body Routine, Blend of toning, yoga & kettlebells & HIIT

On Organization..

I have about 60+ go-to workouts to choose from on YouTube, so keeping them organized is a HUGE time saver. I make sure to save the workouts in different folders on YouTube so I can easily just go to the workout type I want to do and choose a video from there. Some of my folders include: Weights workout, yoga, cardio/HIIT, Abs, Stretching, etc..

PS- Some might be thinking that these workouts above are just for women, but I definitely disagree. I pull my husband in on them quite often and he has a hard time getting through some of them!

PSS- I was not asked to promote any of these channels, they are just some of my personal favorites.
