How strong is our movement? Look no further than Iowa, where we’ve talked to voters and built the organizational strength it’s going to take to win. Before tomorrow’s historic Liberty-Justice Celebration, let’s take a look back at some of our favorite Iowa moments.
1. Steak Fry

The steaks are too high in this election to sit on the sidelines. That’s why our organizers packed the event, demonstrating our organizational strength in a sea of yellow.

By the time Pete finished speaking, the crowd was fired up and ready for the long road ahead.
2. Iowa State Fair

From pork chops to slushies to bacon-wrapped bacon, Pete made his way through all the local staples. He even rode a gigantic slide with a young fan!

Amidst the fun however, were real solutions to the problems facing Americans every day.
3. The Bus Tour

We took high hopes to the highway on our four-day tour of Iowa, talking to the press, meeting voters, and even a curious little bee.

One highlight was when Pete reunited with Bridgette, a girl who found confidence in herself by watching Pete.

4. The Iowa Picnic

One of our earlier stops, the Iowa Picnic was one of the moments that launched our campaign into a real movement. Pete even got to show off his Hoosier heritage by playing some cornhole (or “bags” if being wrong is your thing).

And he convinced Iowans of the need for a newer, bolder approach to politics.

Our campaign is only getting bigger. Get involved today and bring the movement home.
