How I’ve Made $80+ on Vocal Fast
All you need to do is to republish some old stories
I started writing on Vocal back in September 2020, a few months after joining Medium.
I copied there some of the articles already published on Medium, some of which are pretty successful on this platform but never gained traction on Vocal.
After a few unsuccessful stories, I quit.
Or so I thought.
In November 2021, Vocal gifted me 3 months of Vocal+ and a $10 bonus. Not too much, considering that the withdrawing threshold is $20, and I only had that bonus and a few cents in my wallet.
Then, I read a piece about Vocal bonuses. They give extra money to writers who support other creators and publish a certain amount of articles or top stories on the platform.
So I took some of the stories I published on Medium and NewsBreak and posted them on Vocal.
I soon got $5 for liking 15 stories of other writers and a $10 bonus for publishing 10 stories.
There should be another $5 bonus when you publish 5 stories, but somehow I missed it, and I think that’s because the bonuses were rolled out after I posted those stories.
I kept posting stories, and two of them were selected as Top Stories, earning me $5 each.
