Church Women United meeting

Women of the Moorestown area are invited to the annual “kick-off” meeting of the local unit of Church Women United. It will be held at First United Methodist Church, corner of Pleasant Valley and Camden avenues, Moorestown, and will start with a continental breakfast on Jan. 9, at 9:30 a.m.

Following the election and installation of officers and sharing of goals and future plans, Donna Baines of that church will give an illustrated talk about experiences that deeply touched and opened the eyes of youth in their church bell choir as they recently traveled and presented concerts in Germany.
