It Takes a Village looking for volunteers

Volunteers can contribute as little as one hour per week.

It Takes a Village, a volunteer organization that helps the elderly, disabled and veterans to live safely and comfortably in their homes, is looking for volunteers.

Volunteers can contribute as little as one hour per week. One-hour orientation sessions take place each month.

It Takes a Village serves Cinnaminson, Delran, Hainesport, Maple Shade, Moorestown and Mt. Laurel.

Volunteers needed include young moms who can shop for the homebound, and those whose background includes social work, information technology and administration.
