Moorestown Department of Parks and Recreation sponsoring a ski trip

The Moorestown Department of Parks and Recreation will sponsor its annual Jack Frost Ski Trip on Sunday, Feb. 10. Skiing and snowboarding will be available.

The bus will leave from the Baker School parking lot located at 139 West Maple Avenue (across from Maple-Dawson Park) at 5:45 a.m. and will return at approximately 6 p.m.

The package costs vary. Adults ages 16 and up, can purchase a snow pass with equipment and lessons for $120; a snow pass and equipment rental for $99 or a snow pass only for $77. Children between 5 and 15 years old can purchase a snow pass, equipment and lessons for $120; a snow pass and equipment rental for $92 and snow pass only for $70.

Register online at www.moorestownrec.com. Payment by Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Checks can be made out to the Township of Moorestown or payment can be made in person at the Department of Parks and Recreation Office, located at 2 Executive Drive, Suite 9B (mailing address-Suite 9A).

All packages include transportation, and helmets can be rented at the mountain for an additional $10 fee.

Ski equipment rental forms and helmet rental forms can be picked up at the Department of Parks and Recreation Office or downloaded at www.moorestown.nj.us.
