New Moorestown Author

Moorestown resident Esther Phillips Clark has released her first book “A Wish for Winellda the Witch.” The book was written while she was a student at Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pa. Now many years later Brown Books Kids has published the book for the Halloween season.
