The following incident was taken from reports on file with The Moorestown Police Department:
On Feb. 28 at 10:25 a.m. a resident of Bartram Road reported a black male, stocky build, middle aged, balding wearing a hooded jacket, walking along side of their residence. A silver van was also in area. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate subject or vehicle.
