The Evergreens residents attend putting green opening

The Evergreens hosts golf tournaments throughout the spring and summer seasons.

Residents and friends recently headed out to the golf course for the opening of the Putting Green at The Evergreens in Moorestown. The opening tournament is an annual spring tradition and kicks off the putting green season. Resident teams competed in a nine-hole tournament, with residents Louise Phillips and Hank Rossell winning the tournament with better ball score of 16.

The Evergreens hosts golf tournaments throughout the spring and summer seasons. Winners qualify for a spot in the sixth annual Pneumonia Open in October — a culmination of the season’s mini tournaments.
