Mountain events in Salt Lake City
Here at the IMR we’re fortunate enough to live right at the base of the Wasatch Mountains. We can get into them just about any time, but sometimes an event in town is just what the doctor ordered. Here are some mountain focused events for the next week or so.
Week of November 16
Projected Resort Opening Days
- Alta: Nov. 20
- Park City/ Canyons: Nov. 21
- Brighton: Nov. 15th???
- Solitude: Nov. 21
- Snowbird: Nov. 21
Finding Accord: Nov. 17 @UofU College of Law @12:15pm, Will discuss key local issues being addressed by Mountain Accord, with speakers from Save our Canyons, Ski Utah, etc. Come to this presentation if you are interested in mountains, consensus building, and innovation.
Wild & Scenic Film Festival: Nov. 18 @Utah Museum of Fine Arts @6pm-9pm hosted by Uof U Envi. Studies
