Digital Marketing Tools

Out of my two years of Digital Marketing experience, here are few important things which Digital Marketing or Social media professionals should or shouldn’t do in social media channels.

No Paid Followers/ Likes:

No Paid Followers

Nowadays, many social media experts are using these tactics to show good social media presence for their company. But make sure your customers are very intelligent about social media, they’ll also judge your presence by seeing your followers engagement.

Spam Management:

No more Spamming your audience

Fans are following you in social media channels because they want to get associated with your brand, so don’t spam them by posting unwanted posts, Understand your fans’ interest and post related messages on your channels. Because your social media posts should build relationship between your brand and customers, not to unlike your pages :)

Over Promising

Expection vs Reality

If you say it will take a particular period of time to fix customer issues or queries in social media replies, try to solve it within the time. Otherwise your customers are gonna give bad reviews for you & your brand on social media sites.
