It is said that no one is born a killer. Many factors become a reason for a person to be capable of taking an innocent life.

Usually, serial killers worldwide come from dysfunctional, broken families. Loneliness, insecurities, and social rejection make them so insensitive to the outside world that they easily abuse others mentally, emotionally, or physically.

However, some cases are different, where the most heartless murderers come from healthy and happy families. In such cases, the experts cannot find the actual cause of such cruelty.

Dennis Lynn Rader lived in Wichita, Kansas. He was the BTK killer, which meant “Bind, Torture, and Kill.”

This reveals that the killer had a torturous pattern of killing his victims. The infamous serial killer has a disturbing history of torturing cats by hanging them. However, he had no other apparent abnormality which would make him susceptible to kill.
