To look into the murder of two members of the Wilkinson Family, we’ll have to go back in time.

It was the year 2016. Aaron Barley, who had been living on the streets, was brought home by Tracey Wilkinson, who saw him attempting to keep himself warm in a cardboard box.

Little did she know how he would become the reason for her untimely and brutal death. Being an empathetic soul, Tracey did not want another human to live in such a miserable condition. So she decided to improve Barley’s life in some way.

Barley had been living on the streets for quite some time before he met Tracey. He insisted he needed “a chance” to do something good in his already miserable life. Tracey, along with her family, unanimously agreed to help Barley.

As a consequence, he started making frequent trips to the family’s home in Stourbridge, West Midlands, where he would perform odd jobs in exchange for food and money.
