Some of the most mysterious disappearance cases include that of Mekayla Bali, a 16-year-old from Saskatchewan, Canada. It is an account of a normal day in a woman’s life that became a mystery that left the community in a state of shock, and an unsolvable quest for the family of the victim.
That was the morning of an ordinary school day for Mekayla, and the end of the day ended with her unsolved absence. Investigators and her loved ones are trying to make sense of many hypotheses and little clues.
The Day of the Disappearance
The preliminary part of this narrative shows that the events of the story were proceeding on the morning of April 12, 2016. Mekayla dressed in school the next morning, and her grandmother drove her to Sacred Heart High School.
Yet, things were not to remain as they were for long, and soon enough the whole story turned into suspense. Mekayla was seen on surveillance cameras entering the school at 8:08 AM. She enters the hall and after only a few minutes moves out through the back door.
