For the first monthly installment of the Nano Community Project Award, an independent panel of members within the Nano community voted to award this month’s Nano Community Project Award to BitDesert.

My Nano Ninja is the premier resource for Nano users to learn about the node representatives within the network. Resources like this by BitDesert are critically important for educating the community on which representatives to choose from, so it was a great first choice by the independent panel.

My Nano Ninja also shows some helpful network statistics that visualize the decentralization of node voting weight in the network. Since the network uses a unique Open Representative Voting consensus, knowing about the state of the network is important for everyone.

For those who haven’t been following, the monthly prize is $1,000 in Nano, funded by the Nano Foundation. As well as congratulating BitDesert for the recognition, we would also like to pass on our thanks to this month’s independent panel of community members for an incredibly professional, thorough debate. They did a sterling job and provided us with some great feedback to help us make the process more streamlined.

To participate in the upcoming Nano Community Project Awards as a panelist, join our discord and share your interest in taking part.

The Nano Community Project Award is a monthly award designed to recognize some of the more impactful projects within the Nano community. Each month, an independent panel consisting of active members within the community is assembled to pick a winner. The panel chooses a winner who will receive $1,000 in Nano and the honor of being recognized by their peers for their hard work.
