It’s so delightful to focus on “the big picture” with writing projects. Summertime gives us that — a bit of breathing space.
Deep breaths in through the nose, out through the mouth. Catching up with writers, and taking things a bit slower. Time away from the computer screen.

Soon, we’ll arrive to September, my favorite month. My birthday is September — a whole motherlode of nines. 9/9/’59. Yep, I’m old! And quite okay with that.
I’m going out to the blackberry patch to pick some luscious fruit, and wanted to take a second and let you know Medium Day is coming soon! August 17th.
