Former President Barack Obama’s vice president, Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic Party nominee for the fast-approaching November presidential sweepstakes, declared this week that he would happily tap Barack’s wife and former First Lady Michelle Obama as his running mate, and that he would do so “in a heartbeat.”
