The VC Party 2024

Venture capital’s big night in the heart of Berlin — hosted by Join Capital, Isomer Capital, Armilar, Heliad, Redalpine, Industry Ventures and additional corporate hosts — sees a record number of attendees.

What makes for a great VC event? In our experience, it’s the perfect mix of entertainment, inspiration and insights. One of our favorite annual events, The VC Party, is a prime example of this ideal recipe. Hundreds of bright minds in venture capital, private equity and tech come together in one room without an agenda — just the freedom to mingle, unwind and make connections.

This June, we hosted our 9th and biggest edition of The VC Party ever. Over 640 people attended, and despite rainy weather, enjoyed an array of food stands, drinks, an ice cream vendor, table tennis and a stunning location: Von Greifswald.

The history of The VC Party dates back nearly 10 years (!!) to 2015, when Join Partner Tobias Schirmer and Joe Schorge from Isomer Capital — one of Join’s first investors– wanted to create a networking event that people would be motivated to attend.

In the following years, with the introduction of SuperVenture and SuperReturn, Join began hosting the party to coincide with these major conferences. This ensured an exciting guestlist, catching some of the most important venture capitalists, private equity specialists and more while they were visiting Berlin.

We’d like to take a moment to thank our co-hosts and sponsors, who consistently make this event a success year after year.
