Claudia Edge’s Narration
I was 30 years old with a pregnancy that was coming to term.
For the most part, it was a normal pregnancy. But for some reason, I felt a hunch all day to go for a check.
One thing I want to share with you is to trust your instincts. Trust your gut feeling when you think I should do this; leave that; go there.
Just follow your gut instinct. Nobody is smarter than your gut. It holds the best answers.
So, I followed that instinct and went to the hospital.
At the hospital, I explained that I had no pain but something felt wrong and I wanted to be checked.
When you say, “I’m not having contractions,” it can seem like you’re just seeking attention. But they finally said, “Here’s a gown. We’ll check you out.”
So I went into the examination room and put the gown on. After less than five minutes, I noticed drops of blood on the floor.
