BouncyCastle cryptography

Continuing my detour into cryptography, I did a write up on C# CNG RSA.

For part of the project, I needed to use the BouncyCastle library for some features that were not part of .NET.

So I thought I’d do a similar example for doing much the same thing (encrypt / decrypt / sign / validate) for RSA using the BouncyCastle libraries.
