The campus

So you’ve probably seen a little bit about our space wondered where exactly is this and how it works. We’ll show you some more of what is all about.

The Design Incubator of Matosinhos was created as a partnership between city hall and ESAD IDEA to host local brands, design studios and startups. It was built inside the city market, fusing together the old and the new, the traditional and the irreverent.

The offices currently host graphic designers, videographers, world renowned fashion designers and startups like children’s books Lost My Name.

The space set aside for The New Digital School is nice and spacious, with a private office for management and an isolated meeting area that can double as a meal room. There is be plenty of white boards and pin walls for brainstorming processes and the room is completely modular and adaptable for workshops or as a work area.

You can catch a Metro literally at the door, catch a bus nearby, call a Uber and the airport is a 15 minutes drive away.

The beach and the city park are close by and we think overall it will be the spark of many creative moments with many fancy cafes, great restaurants and eclectic environment.
