The New Earth Era Is Being Built Now

Many of us within the spiritual community are familiar with the term “new Earth,” but I want to discuss it briefly for anyone who hasn’t heard of the term. I will also be writing a separate, more in-depth article on this topic soon.

The new Earth is a version of this planet rooted in unity consciousness. This reality resonates at a higher frequency than what we are currently experiencing, which can be considered separation consciousness by comparison.

The new Earth references a shift, or really, a complete evolutionary leap in consciousness humanity is currently undergoing the early phases of. I personally feel it as an evolutionary pressure… a metaphysical birth that is coming through each of us individually, and eventually, collectively.

We are being faced with making the choice of changing, or destroying ourselves.

Right now, we are in the midst of a painful and terrifying awakening to the suffering we are experiencing (and creating for ourselves) as a result of our spiritual slumber and disconnection. I don’t say this to demonize our current state of consciousness.

This is simply evolution.

We didn’t know what we didn’t know… but now, we have grown. Our eyes can see more than they once did. Our hearts can hold more love than they were once capable of holding. And the picture our eyes are opening to hurts us, because we know that—even if not before—now, we can do better. Now, we can love more. We can act as a unified whole, rather than individual parts fighting for survival.

This is the new Earth. It’s coming, whether we feel ready or not. It will test us with everything we have, because in order to rise in consciousness, we must look at all the pain we’ve been unwilling to see. We must purge every shadow from within. This is already happening in the world on a collective scale.

To Get To The New Earth, We Must Begin By Building a Bridge

The new Earth is beautiful beyond words, and I can truly feel it in my heart as a reality — even though I can’t see it externally yet.

However, I’ve become aware that a bridge to this new way of life must be built. There are those of us leading this timeline with our healing and awakening right now, and many more are still unaware.

This is okay, and it’s even good. I’m unbelievably grateful for the people in my life who held everything together while I was healing. If the whole world awakened at once, society could not function. The process of awakening, deeply healing, and expanding one’s consciousness is incredibly difficult and painful, especially in the beginning phases.

This process will unfold in the collective in waves, likely over many generations, until we experience a complete planetary transformation.

Given that the world is not going to awaken all at once, we will see many outdated structures continue to stand for some time. Instead of completely wiping the slate blank and starting from scratch, we’re most likely looking at modifying existing structures to create a transition period.

By “structures,” I’m referring mainly to the current economic systems and ways of carrying out commerce/exchanging resources, and meeting our basic needs. So, the standard for-profit-at-any-cost business model is being phased out.

Change Has Been Called For, And We Are Seeing Through The B.S.

We can see the beginnings of this bridge already with a shift in consumer sentiment, as studies consistently show an increase in consumer consciousness, manifesting as active care for the environment and humanitarian concerns.

For example, 78% of consumers believe sustainability is important, 62% often or always seek sustainable products, and 55% of consumers are even willing to pay more for eco friendly brands. In addition, 84% of consumers say poor environmental practices will dissuade them from purchasing from a brand.*

B Corps are becoming more popular, though I personally believe they are merely the steps to this bridge we are building, and “green marketing” is a phenomenon that, unfortunately, tricks us into believing more is being done for the planet… when not much really is.

These changes don’t truly reflect anything other than companies trying to stay relevant and profitable in a changing consumer landscape.

We aren’t yet fully solving for the problems that plague us—rather, we are putting some bandaids on and writing cleverer euphemisms while holding up the status quo… and our blinders with it.

Personally, I love to see that many newer (and established) companies are choosing recycled packaging and refusing to uphold inhumane labor practices that are far too common.

Yet, we are still mass producing so much in factories. We’re still shipping products around the globe, unnecessarily driving up carbon emissions.

And even though there are many “better” options available, these companies are still operating on and competing with old models of commerce that clearly do not serve the collective’s highest good. From these old models, it is very expensive to produce things ethically, naturally, and sustainably, which means a majority of the population is priced out of these “luxury” items. In the U.S. at least, most people are forced to shop for what is cheapest in an economy rapidly phasing out a middle class.

For example, what does it mean to have a company produce natural soaps shipped in recycled packaging if, soon, only the affluent can afford them? When minimum wage is $15/hour, does it really make sense to spend an hours labor on a bar of soap? Of course not.

And so, the majority of the population in the U.S. is washing in synthetic detergents full of cheap chemicals, probably made with child labor in another country… and they’re hoping (maybe) the plastic bottle it comes in will at least be recycled once they toss it in the green bin. But the sad truth is, the bottle will probably end up in a landfill.

To be clear, this is not about keeping a middle class alive. It is anti-class altogether. Rather, it is to pull power and authority away from those who abuse it. It is about self and community reliance, so that we can create our own standards of living that are equitable for all.

In my opinion, given that we are in a “bridge” phase between the crumbling old world ways and a new paradigm, conscious venture building is the only thing that makes sense as a solution.

I’m not talking about setting up another B Corp. that plants trees for every purchase to make you feel good. I’m talking about using business as a vehicle to drive truly innovative solutions to world problems that haven’t been seen or tried before.

The Story Behind New Earth Ventures

Earlier this year, the idea of venture building as a solution to global problems came to me… for the second time.

The first time this idea was seeded in my heart was in late 2022/early 2023, right around the time I quit my job as marketing director of a tech startup and shortly after I closed a copywriting agency I built from the ground up.

At some point around the middle of 2022, my heart was blasted open with pain. Actually, it was blasted open with love… and that love revealed a lot of hidden pain. I tried to go on as “normal” for some time, but it didn’t work. This pain was deep, and it required healing. It demanded my attention, and I gave it that. This meant leaving my old life behind.

While I healed and felt into the pain that was both mine and belonged to the collective, I meditated on all that was “broken” in the world. I had an idea for a venture studio focused on launching startups that would replace existing systems and structures with new ones centered around healing and love.

For those unfamiliar, venture studios are businesses that invest in and launch startups. They will often come up with business concepts and seed them with funding, find the right team to run them, and support that team with expert advisors across all essential sides of business, including legal, financial, and marketing, etc. until they are ready to be spun off on their own. Then, the studio will start on another idea, and so on. Some studios will seed and work with many startups at once.

I called this idea “Expansiv” for a time. I dreamt about it, drafted some plans, and shared it with a few of my closest entrepreneur friends.

And… nothing happened. Because, it just wasn’t ready. Mostly, I wasn’t ready. I wasn’t able to give anything external my attention, because my inner world needed all of it for healing and evolving.

Now, arriving in mid-2024, I can clearly see how the lessons I’ve been learning over the past year and a half have prepared me to return to this idea fully equipped with the experience I need to make it a reality. And, now on the other side of my personal healing journey (hopefully? *winces in pain*), I am experiencing renewed energy that can be directed outwards in creative ways once more.

This time, I’m calling it “New Earth Ventures.” And for now, it is not yet a venture studio. I am trusting in life, that it will bring me all of the right people to create a powerful venture studio (or think tank?) in the future. But, that is out of my hands at the moment.

At this time, I am serving as an advisor to new Earth entrepreneurs.

This has already begun happening naturally, as I have been assisting with the launch of a brand new healing center in New York. The amount of joy it’s brought me to use my skills in business and marketing to help bring it into existence has pushed me to open myself and my time to working with more visionaries in a similar fashion.
