Editors Letter

My project is based on the idea of showing women that beauty comes in more than a size zero. It’s an issue that I am passionate about tackling, both as a fashion photographer and as one of the millions of women who struggles with their body image. I’m hoping my photo essay will help to counter the images the fashion industry has created in young women’s minds about what is considered beautiful. I’ve photographed women from a size 6 to 16 in a variety of fashion shoots showing them in a natural and beautiful way.
