François advises airlines in transition management, turn-arounds, aircraft acquisitions, products and strategic definitions including CAAs. Lately he set up and launched SalamAir in the Sultanate of Oman. Previously François served as CEO of Nasair (Flynas), $4m/y Saudi Low Cost/Hybrid Carrier and in 2003 co-founded Flybaboo, the Swiss regional airline, serving as COO and Pilot Instructor until 2011.

With over 30 years experience in aviation, François is an Pilot and Instructor, level Airbus A320. He holds nearly 8000 flying hours in commercial airplanes. François is awarded with a number of prizes in managerial, structural and social media areas.

Professor Richard Laganier teaches Geography at Paris Diderot and Paris Sorbonne Universities and is an UMR PRODIG member.

Since 2005, Richard has served as President of French Guyana University, President of geography French Committee, Vice-President of Research at Paris Diderot university and Director of Human and Social Science at the PHD Institute. He is and expert in water risk management, environmental assessment management and geomatic studies applied to the society — nature relationship.

Professor Laganier has authored numerous scientific publications.

Engineer and entrepreneur, Boris is mainly an innovation and technology concepts’ enabler with a realistic focus.

Boris merged two startups and joined Ancilia to become the CEO of the company in 2017. Ancilia is focus on the human beings’ protection. His first challenge is to scale up and market the Moskito-free solutions to reduce the dramatic impact of mosquitoes.

Previously Boris worked as CIO at UBP, one of the largest Swiss private Bank, for 12 years, where he successfully managed the integration of ABN Amro private banking, Lloyds private banking outside of UK and Coutts wealth management.

Back in 2000 Boris founded AdNA, an IT company which developed Human Resources applications and Private Banking applications.

​Cedric has 20 years of experience in the global financial markets. He held a number of leadership positions in financial institutions (BNP Paribas, Merrill Lynch, MUFG) and trading houses in London and Singapore.

He has successfully set up and led international teams in fast changing market environments. His main area of expertise is the design and execution of complex financial structures and instruments in energy and commodities. His roles have also given Cedric a deep knowledge of the governance, regulatory, risk management and financial aspects of financial markets.

In addition, Cedric is currently undertaking the Executive MBA at INSEAD in Singapore.

Vincent co-founded Blonk Group, the digital talent acquisition company, providing mobile job matching application and search services.

Vincent brings 25 years of professional experience, including leadership positions in various operational fields. After serving 8 years in the Army, he joined a leading international search & selection firm in France and led its Singapore office as Managing Director for 5 years. Coach and facilitator, Vincent took part in the building and delivery of Innovative Human Capital Consulting value propositions designed for large international groups.

Passionate by about technologies and innovation, he understands that new hiring tools, processes and methodologies will bring drastic changes into the recruitment industry. Therefore, he is keen on taking an active role in the digital transformation of HR, through the angle he believes to be one of the most strategic: Talent Acquisition.

Guillaume is the Managing Director of a Swiss-based IT consulting services with over 15 years experience in IT integration, security, software development, professional services, project and product management.

Guillaume is PMP, Prince2, Agile, MoP and Bitcoin Practitioner Certified.

Laurence has a track record of success in partnerships, fund raising, transactions, corporate communication, marketing, as well as market & financial analytics, working in a global investment firm.

Her experience spans over 20 years at Roche in US, UK and Switzerland, and at multiple high potential biotech and start-ups, and Credit-Suisse.
