If you want to be an entrepreneur then in addition to the activities for the development of your start-up, you have to manage yourself.

I want to emphasize for balances that you must apply:

Body — you can not work all day and sit in front of a computer and expect to be more efficient if you work harder. It does not work that way!
Whatever happens to your work, do not cancel fitness or sport sessions, it is not a waste of time, it is also an investment in your start-up like any other activity.

I have been in a situation where I have had an excuse that I do not have time, and I have been in a situation where I have respected every term without any excuses. That one hour of training a day certainly makes you more efficient for a minimum of 3 hours more than not exercising.

Let’s not get into the health benefits of exercise, but twice a year you must monitor your health through a set of laboratory tests. You have to be in control of your health and feel good, and that is the most important thing.

Food — Only a handful of entrepreneurs in the world have a diet discipline and these are usually the most successful people.

However, I do not want to enter here in any nutritional analysis that is certainly important for each of us, but here I want to emphasize the time frame of food intake in the body.
Entrepreneurs generally, at least at the beginning of their careers, know how to lead a totally untidy life without a strict framework for meals and sleep. This is a very important thing to keep in mind if you want to have a well-distributed energy throughout the day and good concentration.

Personally, I feel cool when I arrange my meals with 4 hours a break and at least 12 hours before the next breakfast.

If you skip meals and always find excuses in the long run you are only investing in your inefficiency.

Education — No matter how busy you are in daily activities, you must find time and improve your work. Today there are various ways you can work on yourself and improve yourself (webinars, subscriptions to certain platforms, online education, various programs, seminars, courses, mentoring, etc.). Choose the way that best suits your needs and your lifestyle, but it is a fact that you have to work on yourself, and you have to look at your business in the education process from a side that will give you a different perspective from the operational action.

Social Life — Coffee with friends, walking with dear people, weekend gatherings, various celebrations … All these activities help you to have more optimism and motivation!
