While we’ve enjoyed staying cozy all season with mulled wine and spiked hot chocolates, we’re more than a bit ready to embrace all of these spring cocktail recipes (and how much they taste like straight-up sunshine in a glass).

Thawing out from the winter never tasted so good, especially when you have a spiked sparkling basil lemonade in hand!

Spring is the ultimate seasonal refresh, and we think the cocktails we mix up should absolutely match that.

And there’s nothing that wakes up our taste buds more than all our favorite sweet-tart spring fruits, namely lemons and limes, blueberries, and strawberries.

Cincoro Paloma

Ingredients

1.5oz Cincoro Reposado

1oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

0.5oz Aperol

0.5 Fresh Lime Juice

2 oz Pink Grapefruit Soda (Fever Tree or Betty Buzz)

Top with Prosecco

Method

Combine, stir, and serve over ice and garnish with orange peel or grapefruit

Absolut Wild Berri Lemonade

Ingredients

Ice Cubes

2 Parts Absolut Wild Berri

4 Parts Lemonade

4–5 Raspberries

1 Wedge Lemon

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add Absolut Wild Berri and lemonade. Garnish with raspberries and lemon wedge.

SPARKLING RASPBERRY ROSÉ

Ingredients

1 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

4 Raspberries

2 Dashes Peychaud’s® Bitters

Top Off with Sparkling Brut Rosé

Garnish 2–3 Edible Flowers

Method

Combine all ingredients, except sparkling brut rosé, into a tin shaker. Muddle raspberries. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into a coupe glass. Top off with sparkling brut rosé and garnish.

BLOOD ORANGE MARGARITA

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila OR Casamigos Reposado Tequila

.75 oz. Fresh Blood Orange Juice

.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

½ Rim Equal Parts Sugar/Salt/Tajín Mixture

Garnish: Garnish with Blood Orange Wheel

Method

Wet ½ rim of glass with lime wheel or wedge and dip into salt mixture. Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker and muddle serrano. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into a rimmed Rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.

To make spicy add 2 Serrano Slices OR 2 dashes Firewater Bitters

STRAWBERRY SMASH

Ingredient

1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco or Casamigos Reposado Tequila

.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.75 Strawberry Purée (Suggest REAL)

4 Basil Leaves

Garnish 3 Heart-Shaped Strawberries through Skewer and Large Basil Leaf

Method

Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Muddle basil. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into a small coupe glass. Using a small heart-shaped cookie cutter, create heart-shaped strawberries and garnish.

CASA BUBBLY

Ingredients

1 oz. Casamigos Cristalino Tequila

.25 oz. Vanilla Syrup (Suggest Torani®)

2 Dashes Angostura® Bitters

1⁄2 Thick Rim Salt/Sugar/Cinnamon

Top off with Chilled Prosecco or Champagne

Garnish Sage Leaf Attached with Mini Clothes Pin or Floating in Cocktail

Method

Wet 1⁄2 rim of glass with orange wheel or wedge then dip into salt mixture. Combine all ingredients, except prosecco/champagne into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a rimmed champagne flute. Top off with chilled prosecco/champagne and garnish.

Postage Stamp

Take a journey of the senses with this delicious and floral cocktail.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Glenmorangie Original

1/3 oz Elderflower Cordial

1/3 oz Orgeat

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 Dash Orange Bitters

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice. Serve in a coupe. Garnish with a twist of orange zest on the rim of the glass.

La Valoma

Ingredients

2 oz Volcan Tequila Blanco

¾ oz Lime

¾ oz Agave Syrup

1 ½ oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

Pinch of Salt

Topped with Soda Water

Method

Pour ingredients into a glass with ice and stir gently. Strain chilled drink into a new glass with large ice cube and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

The Zesty One

Ingredients

1.5oz Belvedere Vodka

⅔ oz Lime Juice

⅓ oz Sugar Syrup

Method

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake over cubed ice. Fine strain into chilled coupette. Garnish with a lime zest.

CAZADORES Carajillo

Ingredients

1 oz. Cazadores Café (Made with 100% Blue Weber Agave Tequila CAZADORES Blanco)

1.5 oz. Liquor 43

1.5 oz. Cold brewed coffee or espresso

Method

In a cocktail shaker combine all the ingredients with ice, shake well and serve over the rocks in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with coffee beans or lemon twist.

Passion Play

Ingredients

1.5oz Tequila Don Julio Rosado

0.75 oz Lime

0.75 oz Passion Fruit

0.5 oz Honey

Method

Rim a rocks glass with chili salt and fill it with one large ice cube, combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake hard for 5 seconds, strain into a glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel.

DeLeón’s Liquid Gold Margarita

Ingredients

1.5 oz DeLeón Blanco

½ oz Orange Liqueur

½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

¾ oz Agave Nectar Syrup

Method

Combine DeLeón Blanco Tequila with the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly and pour into a rocks glass with ice.

CÎROC Martini

Ingredients

1.5 oz CÎROC Vodka

.75 oz Blanc Vermouth

.75 oz Dry Vermouth

Method

Add CÎROC Vodka, Blanc Vermouth and Dry Vermouth into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe and garnish with lemon twist.

Mr Black Guinness Espresso Martini

Ingredients

1 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur

.75 oz Ketel One

1 Barspoon Demerara Syrup

1 oz Guinness to float

Method

Shake Mr Black, Ketel One, and demerara syrup over ice and strain into a coupe glass. Float 1 oz Guinness on top to create a luscious, foamy layer.

Espresso Martini

Ingredients

2 oz The Community Spirit Vodka

0.5 oz coffee liqueur

2 oz fresh Peace Coffee “Black Squirrel Espresso”

3 sugar cubes

Garnish: 3 coffee beans

Method:

Add all the ingredients to your shaker tin with ice, shake for approximately 15 seconds and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Tamarind Chipotle Margarita

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Tequila CAZADORES Blanco (Made with 100% Blue Weber Agave)

1 oz. Lime Juice

¾ oz. Agave Nectar

1 oz. Tamarind Puree

Chipotle Salt Rim

Method

In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients with ice, shake and serve on the rocks (salt rim optional). Garnish with a lime wedge.

French 75

Ingredients

2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin

3 oz Martini & Rossi Prosecco

½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

¼ oz sugar syrup

Lemon twist to garnish

Method

Shake all of the ingredients (except Prosecco) briefly with cubed ice for around 10 seconds. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled, straight sided wine glass including 3 oz of Prosecco.

Garden of Legacy

Ingredients

40ml The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old

30ml Pink Grapefruit juice

10ml Sugar syrup

Pinch of sea salt

Top up with soda or tonic and garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge

Method

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass, and add ice.

Top up with soda or tonic.

Garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge.

Tequila Avión Manhattan

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Avión Reserva 44

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

1or 2 Dashes Mole or Chocolate Bitter

Method

Start by filling a shaker with ice cubes.

Pour in 2 ounces of Avión Reserva 44 and 1 ounce of sweet vermouth.

Stir for about 30 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.

Next, strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish your drink with chocolate dashes to give it that classic Manhattan appeal.

And there you have it — a perfectly balanced Distrito Federal or Tequila Manhattan ready for sipping!

Zegroni Dominicana

Inspired by Brand Partner Raul Lopez, Zacapa incorporates a tropical riff to bring this cocktail to the tropics of Dominican Republic, Raul’s.

Ingredients

1 oz Zacapa 23 Rum

1 oz Italian red aperitivo

1 oz Amontllado sherry

1 Grapefruit twist

Method

Combine the ingredients into a rocks glass, add ice or large ice cube, stir 3-4 times. Garnish with a manicured grapefruit twist.

PATRÓN Reposado Espresso Martini

Ingredients

1.5 oz PATRÓN Reposado

1.5 oz Chilled Espresso

.5 oz Demerara Syrup

+ 1 small pinch of Sea Salt

Method

Combine PATRÓN Reposado, chilled espresso, pinch of salt and Demerara syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Spicy Margarita

Ingredients

1.5 oz Patrón Silver infused with jalapeño*

.5 oz Flavor puree (blood orange, mango or fresh beet)

3 oz Lime juice

Salt rim

Lime wedge and sliced jalapeño for garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients over ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a salt rimmed double old fashioned glass.

Patrón Silver infused with jalapeño: Add 2 whole jalapeños cut down the middle and deseeded into 1 bottle of Patrón Silver. Let rest for 12 hours.

Cointreau’s Flower Margarita

Ingredients:

1 oz Cointreau

0.5 Lime

2 sprays of Rose Perfume

0.5 oz of Rose Syrup

1.5 oz Tequila

Method

Rim the coupette glass with a regular salt regular salt or pink salt

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice

Shake until well chilled

Strain into a coupe glass

Garnish with a rose petal

St-Rémy’s Spring Bud

Ingredients

1 oz St-Rémy Signature

4 oz Elderflower Syrup

0.7 oz Lemon Juice

0.7 oz Tonic

3 Cucumber Slices

Method

Pour the St-Rémy Signature and the elderflower syrup in an ice-filled glass

Stir and top with tonic

Ingredients

1 oz Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal

1/3 oz Cocchi Americano or dry vermouth

1/6 oz Grenadine

Method

Build the first three ingredients in a glass over crushed ice

Stir with a bar spoon

Top with kombucha

Heartfelt Fizz

Prepare a pitcher of this fizzy passion fruit cocktail, serving 4–6 individuals.

Ingredients

8 oz Keeper’s Heart Irish + Bourbon

4 oz Fresh-squeezed lemon juice

3 oz Simple syrup

3 oz Chinola passion fruit liqueur

1 bottle Champagne

Method

Pour first three ingredients into a gallon pitcher filled with ice; stir well to chill. Add bottle of Champagne, slowly, and stir very gently and briefly to mix. Serve in Champagne flutes or coupe glasses.

Bourbon Peach Tea

Ingredients

2 oz Jeptha Creed Straight 4-Grain Bourbon

1/2 oz Peach Liqueur

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

2 Dashes Ne Oublie Black Walnut Bitters

Black Tea

Method

Muddle peaches in highball glass. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Stir and top with black tea. Garnish with lemon.

Disaronno Pink Velvet

1.5 oz Disaronno Velvet

2 oz Redemption Bourbon

½ oz lime juice

½ teaspoon allspice dram

3 oz Sparkling Apple Cider

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

Shake with ice

Strain over ice in a highball glass

Bisquit & Dubouché Watermelon Sour

Ingredients

1.5 oz Bisquit & Dubouché V.S.O.P. Cognac

.5 oz Aperol

1 oz Watermelon Syrup (Granulated White Sugar and Watermelon Juice)

.75 oz Lemon Juice

Garnish: Watermelon Cube

Method

Combine equal parts watermelon juice and granulated white sugar in a blender and blend until sugar is fully incorporated. Can be stored in refrigerator 5–7 days.

Combine all ingredients into a shaker and strain thoroughly. Pour liquid into chilled coupe and serve.

Mayenda Elevated Margarita

Ingredients

1.5 oz Mayenda Blanco Tequila

0.75 oz Agave Syrup

0.75 oz Lime Juice

Hibiscus Powder Dusted Glass

Method

Fill a shaker with ice, add all ingredients together and shake.

Strain into a shallow coupe glass.

Rosita

Ingredients

1 part Campari

0.5 part 1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso

0.5 part 1757 Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry

1.5 parts Espolón Reposado Tequila

1 dash aromatic bitters

Method

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Blackberry Negroni

A springtime twist on the classic negroni featuring in-season blackberries along with Campari and Cocchi Dopo Teatro. If Cocchi Dopo Teatro isn’t available, another sweet vermouth will do.

Ingredients

1.5 parts Gray Whale Gin

1 part Campari

0.75 part Cocchi Dopo Teatro

6 Fresh Blackberries

Method

In a cocktail glass, muddle four blackberries. In a mixing glass, combine Gray Whale Gin, Campari and Cocchi Dopo Teatro. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain the mixture from the mixing glass into the glass with the muddled blackberries. Garnish with the remaining two blackberries.

Mezcal Unión Passionfruit Paloma

Ingredients

1 oz Mezcal Unión Uno

1 oz Red Verjus or APEROL

1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup

Top with Sparkling Grapefruit Soda

Method

Add ingredients to a highball or large rocks glass. Add ice and top with cold Sparkling Grapefruit Soda. Enjoy!

1800® Spicy Margarita

Ingredients

2 oz 1800® Cucumber & Jalapeño Tequila

1 oz Lime Juice

.75 oz Agave Syrup

2 Thin Jalapeño Slices

Garnish with a lime wheel

Method

In a mixing tin, add jalapeños and then lightly muddle. Add remaining ingredients along with ice, then shake and strain into iced, rocks glass rimmed with spicy chili and lime seasoning. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Bramble On

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Nowadays

¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

½ oz. Simple Syrup

3–4 Blackberries

4–5 Mint Leaves

2 oz. Soda Water

Method

Muddle blackberries

Slap mint leaves between hands and add to shaker along with lemon juice, simple syrup and Nowadays

Shake with ice and strain into ice filled lowball glass

Top with soda water

Garnish with mint sprig and/or blackberry

Watermelon Grape Margarita

Ingredients

1 cup Gran Centenario® Plata Tequila

2 cups Frozen Watermelon

2 cups Frozen Red Seedless Grapes

¾ cup Fresh Lime Juice

1 cup Simple Syrup

1 cup Ice

2 slices Seeded Jalapeño or Serrano Chile (Optional)

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Garnish with lime wedge and fresh red grapes.

Casa Noble La Avenida

Ingredients

1.5 oz Casa Noble Reposado

1.5 oz C&K Apple Brandy

1.25oz Passionfruit

Method

Add all ingredients except soda into the glass and stir.

Ingredients

1 oz Belle de Brillet

2.75 oz Rosé Wine

3.5 oz Sparkling Water of Lemonade

Pour all ingredients into a glass full of ice and stir gently

Ingredients

2 parts Espolòn tequila Reposado

2 parts guava nectar

0.75 part honey syrup*

0.75 part lime juice

3 parts club soda

5 fresh mint leaves

Mint bouquet, lime wheel, and citrus salt**

Method

Add all ingredients into a shaker except for the club soda and shake vigorously and quickly. Open the shaker and add club soda — do not shake again. Strain all contents into a highball over fresh ice.

* 1:1 honey to water by volume dissolved

** Sea salt and lemon zest combined to your liking

PERFECTLY PINK PALOMA

Ingredients

2 oz Espolòn Blanco

.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

4 oz Pink Grapefruit Soda

Method

Blend in a tall glass with plenty of ice, adding grapefruit soda last and stirring to incorporate the ingredients. Garnish with lime wedge.

Nocheluna Sotolita

Ingredients

1.5 oz Nocheluna Sotol

1.0 oz Alma Finca Orange Liqueur

1.0 oz Lime Juice

1.5 oz Apple Juice

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake with ice. Strain and serve into a rocks glass with chiltepin salt rim.

The Goji Martini

Ingredients

1¾ oz Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal

2/3 oz sweet vermouth

1/3 oz goji berry liqueur or 1/6 oz Cointreau Noir

Lavender bitters

Method

Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.

Strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish with an orange twist and a lavender sprig.

St-Rémy French Metropolitan

Ingredients

2 oz St-Rémy Signature

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

3 Dashes of Bitters

1 Maraschino Cherry

Method

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with cracked ice and stir

Strain into a chilled footed glass

Garnish with Maraschino cherry and serve

Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

1 1/3 Parts of Redbreast 15 Year Old

5/6 Parts of Lemon Juice

5/6 Parts of Egg white

1/3 Parts of crème de apricot

1/3 Parts of 2:1 sugar syrup

3 dashes of orange bitters

1 Cucumber to garnish

Method

Add Redbreast, lemon juice, egg white, crème de apricot, simply syrup and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake for 20–30 seconds.

Add ice cubes to your cocktail shaker and shake again until cold, about 10–25 seconds.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with cucumber slices and mint.

Mezcal Unión Avocado Margarita

Ingredients

1.5 oz Mezcal Unión Uno

0.75 oz Lime Juice

0.75 oz Avocado Puree

0.25 oz Agave

Cilantro Flower

Method

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Enjoy!

CRUSHING COSMO

Ingredients

1 ½ parts SKYY Infusions® Citrus

1 part Triple Sec

½ part lime juice

¼ part cranberry juice

Method

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lime wheel.

Grand Marnier Espresso Martini

Ingredients

1 oz Skyy Vodka

0.75 oz Grand Marnier® Cordon Rouge (an exceptional blend of fine cognac and bitter orange liqueur)

0.25 oz Averna

0.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup

1 Espresso Shot (1.5 oz)

*Cinnamon Syrup: Bring to a boil 500 gr of white, 500 gr of water with 3 cinnamon sticks)

Method

Shake all the ingredients together with ice. Served straight up in a coupe glass.

Grand Margarita

Ingredients

1 part Grand Marnier® Cordon Rouge

1 part Tequila

.5 part Fresh Lime Juice

Ice cubes

Lime Garnish

Method

Fill a wide, shallow dish with 2–3 mm of fine salt.

Cut a lime in half at the width and rub around half of the rim of a margarita glass.

Cut a thin, crosswise slice from one of the lime halves for garnish.

Holding glass upside down, dip wet half delicately into the salt.

Shake Grand Marnier, tequila and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into glass and apply lime garnish to the rim.

Crown & Ginger Rosette

Ingredients

1.5 oz Crown Royal Fine De Luxe

4 oz Ginger Ale

Method

Add Crown Royal to an ice-filled glass.

Top with Ginger Ale

Garnish with an Apple Rosette.

Caramel Cold Brew Martini

Ingredients

2 parts Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey

.5 parts Salted Caramel Syrup

2 parts Stout

.5 parts Cold Brew

Method

Chill a large coupe glass with ice. Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake hard. Strain into a small shaker and dry shake hard. Toss ice in glass and double strain. Garnish with chocolate powder.

Roe & Espresso Martini

Ingredients

1.5 fl oz Roe & Co

0.5 fl oz Coffee Liqueur

1 fl oz Espresso

5 tsp Sugar Syrup

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake hard and double strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with some coffee beans or chocolate powder.

Feeling Fancy? Stir a teaspoon of salted caramel into your hot espresso before adding to your shaker.

Manhattan Skyscraper

Ingredients

1.5 parts Bib & Tucker 6-Year-Old Small Batch Bourbon

1 part Sweet Vermouth

0.5 part Amaro Montenegro

2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Garnish: Expressed Orange Peel & Chocolate Square

Method

Add all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with no ice. Add ice and shake again. Fine Strain into a chilled Coupe glass. Express and garnish with orange peel and a chocolate square placed on the rim.

Rosé Martini

Ingredients

3oz Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé

· 2oz Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Bitter

Method

Pour both ingredients together and serve in a balloon glass topped with ice. Garnish with a strawberry or orange slice to keep the romance bubbling!

Pink French 75

Ingredients

· 3oz. Martini & Rossi Rosé

· 1oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin

· .5oz. Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon of sugar

Method

Mix all ingredients except for Rose in a shaker and serve in a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

The Bayou Cosmopolitan

Ingredients

2 ounces of Bayou White Rum

1 ounce cranberry juice

1/2 ounce quality orange liqueur

1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice

Method

In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients. Top with cubed ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a lime wheel or lime wedge for a tart addition or an orange for a slightly sweeter take.

Malfy Rosa Sparkling Rosa Lemonade

Ingredients

2 parts Malfy Rosa

4 parts pink lemonade

Top with dry sparkling rosé

Rosemary sprig

Method

Ingredients

1oz Su Casa Mezcal

1oz Mango “Sangrita”

.5oz Lustau Fino Sherry

.5oz Agave

.75oz Lime

1–2 slices jalapenos (depending on spice level)

Method

Pour ingredients (1oz Su Casa Mezcal, 1 oz sangrita, .5 oz Sherry, .5 oz Agave, .75 oz lime, and 2 jalapeno slices) into shaker tins. Add ice and shake aggressively. Double strain into glass.

St-Germain Margarita

Ingredients

1 oz St-Germain

1 ½ oz Patron Silver tequila

3/4 oz Fresh lime juice

Lime wedge for garnish

Method

Combine the St-Germain, tequila and fresh lime juice into a shaker. Add ice into the shaker and shake vigorously until it is nicely chilled. Strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients

2 parts Stemmari Nero d’Avola

2 parts Cedrata Soda

1 part orange bitters

1 orange slice for garnish

Ice

Method

Fill a glass with ice, add the orange bitters and Nero d’Avola and stir. Add the cedrata soda then garnish with a slice of orange.

Ingredients

5 oz Delisa Pinot Grigio Rosé

0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice

0.5 oz sugar syrup

1 egg white

3 oz Rotari brut

Method

Pour Delisa Pinot Grigio Rosé, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup, and egg white into the shaker full of ice

Shake vigorously for a good 10–15 seconds until it’s fully iced

Pour into a wine glass or coupe using the strainer

Top with 3 oz Rotari Brut

750ml bottle Basil Hayden Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

1 cup sweet vermouth

½ cup sugar

¼ cup organe liqueur

20 dashes Angostura bitters

1 cup tart cherry juice

2 cups soda water

2 oranges, sliced into wheels

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Ice

Method

Combine sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters, sugar and ground cinnamon in a pitcher or punch bowl.

Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Add the rest of the ingredients (except soda) and stir to combine.

Top with soda just before serving.

Tia Espresso Martini

Ingredients

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Tia Maria Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur

1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso (or Cold Brew Concentrate)

Garnish: 3 Coffee Beans

Method

Fill a martini glass with ice and set aside to chill. Pour Tia Maria, vodka and espresso into a cocktail shaker. Fill the rest of the shaker with ice. Shake the ingredients together. Empty the martini glass of ice. Pour in the contents of the shaker using a strainer and sieve into the glass. Finish with three coffee beans.

Seedlip Margarita

Ingredients

2 oz Seedlip Notas de Agave

1 Tablespoon Agave Syrup

½ oz Fresh Lime

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 oz of Seedlip with 1 tablespoon of agave syrup and ½ oz of fresh lime. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with a salt rim and an expressed orange peel or dehydrated lime disc.

2020 Mayacamas Chardonnay

The 2020 Chardonnay was harvested by hand in mid-August, cluster sorted, whole cluster pressed and fermented and aged in neutral oak barrel, puncheon, and foudre before bottling. The wine opens with lifted aromatics of white flowers and fresh tarragon supported by a lovely fruit set of Anjou pear, tart pineapple, and cantaloupe.

On the palate the wine expands, broadening the frame, bringing layers of texture and energy with secondary flavors of lemon oil, mineral, and almond. The finish is long with lingering saline notes, subtle tropics, orchard fruit, and flint rock.

The name comes from the popular 16th-century novel, the adventures of Esplandian and they named it “California” after Queen Califa. The American Single Malt celebrates the abundance through all ingredients being Northern California grown. The two-row barley is sourced from a local malting house and smoked over cherrywood.

It is later double pot distilled, on grain, with a 4 plate short column pot still allowing it to make a more full-bodied whiskey. It is then aged 5 years in a charred tight-grain proprietary blend of new French and American oak barrels, offering complexity while complementing the natural profiles of the spirit.

Bishop’s Eden California XO Apple Brandy

Named after founder, Joe Wagner’s son, Bishop, this apple brandy is a nod to Spanish lore, when California was considered to be the legendary garden of Eden. Bishop’s Eden is made from 100% Organic heirloom Gravenstein and Golden Delicious apples that are grown in the Russian River Valley orchards of Northern California. All apples are hand-harvested at the peak of maturity and after they are pressed, the juice is cold-settled for 48 hours to separate the heavy solids.

The juice is later fermented at the Copper Cane winery and made into a cider using a champagne yeast strain at low temperatures to ensure a long fermentation process. It is twice distilled with a pot still and an onion-shaped brandy head to achieve a higher concentration of esters and the essence of the land.

Cognac Frapin

Established in Southwest France in 1270, Cognac Frapin takes craftmanship to the highest levels of excellence while embodying the traditions of 20 generations of wine growers and distillers. From generation to generation, well-established methods have been passed down to handcraft cognacs that are exclusively harvested, distilled and aged on the estate.
