The Standard’s Thanksgiving Prix Fixe menu includes first course options of Heirloom Squash Soup or Golden Baby Beet Salad. The entrée course provides the options of either the Roast Heritage Turkey or Grilled Swordfish along with a choice of sides including Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts, Potato Gratin, or Creamed Spinach. COTE Korean Steakhouse

The holidays can be an extremely stressful time of year, so alleviate the hassle by dining at COTE Korean Steakhouse for a Michelin-starred Thanksgiving Feast at $155 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Guests can indulge in holiday staples with a Korean-inspired twist with Turkey Mandoo.

As well as the Butcher’s Block, featuring a special selection of USDA Prime and American Wagyu cuts alongside fusion-inspired Thanksgiving sides of sticky rice stuffing, festive japchae with mountain vegetables, Galbi Jjim braised in sweet soy with ginkgo nuts, and more. THE GALLERY by chef Hiroki Odo who is behind the Michelin-starred odo restaurant, will be celebrating Thanksgiving on November 23rd with a special Thanksgiving Prix-Fixe Course priced at $85 per person, featuring unlimited, all-you-can-eat *Kushiage. A classic street food delicacy, kushiage (also known as kushikatsu), is a Japanese cooking style featuring deep-fried skewered meat and vegetables. In Japanese, kushi refers to the skewers used, while katsu means a deep-fried cutlet of meat. The difference between kushiage and the more well-known yakitori is that with kushiage, the chunks of meat, seafood, and vegetables are breaded with panko and deep-fried. Industry Kitchen, the waterfront restaurant in NYC’s historic Seaport District serving seasonal American cuisine, will offer its legendary Thanksgiving Pizza through November. 1.5oz Tequila Don Julio Añejo

2oz Apple Cider

0.25oz Agave

0.25oz Lemon Juice

Method

Add Tequila Don Julio Añejo, apple cider, agave, lemon juice and cinnamon powder to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain contents into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with dried apple.

Scotch Sling

Ingredients

1.5oz Johnnie Walker Black Label

0.75oz Lemon Juice

0.75oz 1:1 Simple Syrup

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

Optional: Egg White for a foamy head

Method

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 7–10 seconds, or double if you’re using egg white. If you’re using egg white, strain everything into a glass, remove the ice, and shake again. Strain and serve neat or over ice. Finish with a lemon peel garnish.

Mango Chutney Sour

Ingredients

1.5oz Johnnie Walker Blue Label

0.5oz Lemon Juice

0.75oz Ginger

0.5oz Mango-Chutney

Candied Ginger

Method

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake thoroughly. Strain into rocks glass full of ice. Garnish with candied ginger.

Cîroc VS Alexander

Ingredients

1.5oz Cîroc VS French Brandy

1oz Heavy Cream

1oz White Creme de Cacao

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass and top with grated nutmeg.

CASA CIDER

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado or Casamigos Blanco or Casamigos Cristalino Tequila

1 oz. Apple Cider

.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

.5 oz. Ginger Syrup (Suggest Liquid Alchemist)

Combine all ingredients into a glass mixer. Add ice, stir well for 30–45 seconds and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Express natural lemon oils from peel over top of cocktail, then garnish.

Old Parr Ginger

Ingredients

1.5oz Old Parr Aged 12 Years

3oz Premium Ginger Ale

Squeeze of Orange

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour Old Parr Aged 12 Years and top with premium ginger ale. Add a squeeze of orange, stir, and garnish with an orange wedge.

James Blackberry

Ingredients

1.5oz Buchanan’s Deluxe

4–5 Blackberries, muddled

0.75oz Honey Syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)

0.5oz Chambord

0.75oz Lemon Juice

Method

Lightly muddle 4–5 blackberries in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake over ice. Double strain so the seeds of the blackberries don’t leak through. Pour over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint bouquet and lemon zest.

Harper Harvest Fizz

Ingredients

1.5oz I.W. HARPER Cabernet Cask Reserve

1oz 100% Pomegranate Juice

0.5oz Lemon Juice

5oz Ginger Beer, chilled

Method

Combine lemon juice, pomegranate juice and I.W. HARPER Cabernet Cask Reserve in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for a minute, then pour over ice in a rocks glass and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with a dried grapefruit.

Jameson Pumpkin Old Fashioned

Ingredients

2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

2 Parts Jameson Black Barrel

⅓ Part Pumpkin Syrup

Sage Leaf

Method

To make pumpkin syrup — add 300ml water, 300g demerara sugar, 100g pumpkin purée, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 cloves, 1 star anise to a saucepan on a medium heat, stirring well. Simmer for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Allow to cool, remove spices, bottle and refrigerate.

Pour Jameson Black Barrel, pumpkin syrup and bitters over ice. Stir and pour into rocks glass. Garnish with sage leaf.

Absolut Pumpkin Pie Martini

Ingredients

Add all ingredients into a jug, pouring the milk last and stir until the milk curdles. Refrigerate overnight. Use a cheesecloth, filter or muslin cloth to filter the curdled punch. Bottle the clarified liquid, to be used on a later date. Serve with ice, a sprinkle of nutmeg and a slice of lemon.

Whispering Angel 2022

Whispering Angel 2022 has notes notes of fresh citrus, rose petal and red fruits on the nose and a palate that is round and well-balanced with great acidity and structure. The 2022 growing season featured a scorching hot summer and ultimately yielded smaller berries than previous years — however, the vast majority of Château d’Esclans’ plots withstood the heat well and resulted in a beautiful, untroubled vintage.

The Pale

The Pale — created by Sacha Lichine, maker of the iconic rosé brand Whispering Angel, this latest rosé brand has a young & fresh feel making it the perfect rosé toast. The Pale is set to become a new staple of the rosé world. This fabulous, innovative bottle aligns with the mid-20th Century cocktail party scene. Crafted with grapes from the Vin de Pays Du Var region of Provence, The Pale is a quality, quintessential rosé that makes all others pale in comparison: dry and refreshing in a signature Provençal grey-pink with light fruits and a clean finish.

Maddalena Rosé

The foundation of this Maddalena 2021 Rosé is the Grenache varietal, grown in our Stefano Vineyard in the renowned El Pomar AVA in Paso Robles. Smaller amounts of Syrah and Graciano from our Maddalena and Stefano Vineyards respectively round out the blend. Warm daytime temperatures and cool afternoon breezes create an ideal climate for red varietals in El Pomar, and the calcareous soils in our vineyards force the vines to struggle for nutrients, keeping yields typically low.

2021 DAOU DISCOVERY ROSÉ

Made from Grenache grapes in the classic Provençale style, the 2021 DAOU Discovery Rosé remains faithful to its origins. This wine is remarkably fragrant, offering generous aromas of fresh peach, Bartlett pear, and nectarine, with subtle notes of hyacinth, apricot, and crushed rose petals. Peteglia Montecucco Sangiovese DOCG 2018

Ruby red in color, the intense fruit character is well integrated with a spice note. On the palate it is warm, full bodied, yet soft and enveloping. The structure is well supported by velvety, elegant tannins. The finish is harmonious and very persistent.

Landmark 2019 Grand Detour Pinot Noir

This 2019 Grand Detour Pinot Noir was sourced from Landmark’s historic Hop Kiln Estate located on Westside Road. The iconic stone Hop Kiln, built in 1905 and registered as a California Historical Landmark, is in the heart of the famed Russian River Valley affectionately known as “The Middle Reach”. Working closely with Estate Vineyard Manager David Smith, we were able to harvest the fruit at optimum timing while employing our best practices in the vineyard.

Crafting this wine from Estate fruit gives winemaker Greg Stach opportunities to select his favorite blocks with unique grape and rootstock combinations. Delivering the night-harvested hand-picked and field-sorted grapes to the winery in the early morning hours retains the integrity and desired characteristics of the fruit. The 2019 growing season at Hop Kiln was without the roller coaster heat events that unnaturally hasten maturity, therefore producing grapes of ideal sugar to acid balance, leading to a rich and balanced wine for your enjoyment.

Ruffino — Modus

Modus is Ruffino’s contemporary way of expressing Tuscany with a blend of three noble grape varieties — Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Full-bodied with a modern style, this red berry wine is rich with silky tannins and flavors of ripe blackberry fruit that lead to a long finish.
