Ember Roster and Staff Changes —February 2016

2/25/2016 Update

1. Jonathan Carter joins us as a sport psychology consultant. Jonathan received his Master of Arts in Sport & Performance Psychology from the University of Denver. He has seven years of elite sport and performance psychology experience with Olympians, athletes, and the military. He is currently a Master Resilience Trainer with the United States Army’s Comprehensive Soldier & Family Fitness program. Follow him on Twitter.
2. Michael “Kingler” Fu joins us as an Analyst supporting our staff as we move into the playoffs. He will be primarily focused on providing us data and helping us scout our opponents in the Bo5 format. Michael is currently studying Chemical Engineering at MIT and has previously worked for challenger team “Legendary.” Follow him on Twitter.

1. Weldon Green joins us as Head Coach and also as the Headmaster of Ember Academy (we will announce more details on March 1st). Weldon joins us from the University of Jyväskylä, where he received a Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and where he is taking a sabbatical from teaching. Follow him on Twitter.
2. Harteg Singh joins us as Operations Manager. He manages all of our household and office operations. He ensures that our players get to the right places at the right times. Harteg joins us from Riot Games where he was a Branding Specialist.
3. Sabrina Wong joins us as Social Media Coordinator. Sabrina is currently a student at UC Riverside, where she is studying Economics. She is also the President of Highlander Gaming. Follow her on Twitter.
4. We are promoting Brendan “mcscrag” McGee to Senior Analyst. He will now manage a team of analysts. Follow him on Twitter.
