We welcome Anna Sweet, Dontae Rayford, and Jim Yang
Every startup founding team wants to find and work with the right advisors to help solve their most pressing problems. We are honored to have Anna Sweet, Dontae Rayford, and Jim Yang spend their valuable time helping us.
Anna is Oculus’ Head of Developer Strategy. At Oculus, she focuses on building an ecosystem that rewards developers for creating and delivering the world’s best VR experiences. Anna brings a wealth of experience from her time at Valve, where she led Steam software and hardware programs, working with partners around the world.
We have asked Anna to advise us on systems and peripherals partnerships and brand management. In addition, she is mentoring our female players and staff members.
Dontae is a Business Development Manager at IFTTT in San Francisco. He worked in a variety of roles at Google for six years, getting his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in between.
We’ve asked Dontae to advise us on general business strategy and evangelizing esports in an increasingly diverse gaming community.
Jim is a Director of Strategy and Investments at Tencent. Jim brings a wealth of experience from his time in investment banking, private equity, and video games — all in China.
We’ve asked Jim to advise us on our Chinese content strategy.
