1 in 4 Americans isn’t down with heliocentricity

Does the Earth go around the sun, or does the sun go around the Earth? When asked that question in a poll, 1 in 4 Americans surveyed in a poll of 2,200 people answered that the sun revolves around the earth. But hey, we have to respect their feelings because, you know, everything is subjective.

Just like climate change deniers.

This was inspired by a recent column by Charles Krauthammer, who for some reason receives a generous salary from The Washington Post.
