Here is a quick sneak peek of the To-Dos manager that is coming real soon to your shared inbox in Helpmonks.
The To-Dos Manager is something that I’m personally very excited about as it will allow our customers another alternative to collaborate with their team. Additionally, an email conversation can stay assigned to stakeholders as To-Do are assigned to particular team members.
The Helpmonks To-Do Manager can also be used to create private To-Dos but shows it’s a real benefit when the To-Do is added on the email thread itself. Also, you can create an unlimited amount of To-Dos per email thread.
Adding a To-Do is quickly done with the new To-Do button in the action menu.
In the following window, you can add one or multiple To-Dos. Furthermore, each To-Do has it’s own comments section and can be edited individually.
The To-Dos are accessible from everywhere in Helpmonks with the new global To-Do navigation that slides out from the right. Further, filtering can be applied within this section.
The To-Dos can also be used within the Helpmonks Progressive Web Application on your mobile devices or on any devices with our scalable web app, which automatically adapts to any device on any platform.
