We did it, folks. We successfully completed our Public Token Sale of PLAT, and we couldn’t have done it without you—our incredibly supportive community. From the entire team here at BitGuild, we’d like to thank you for being part of this journey.
The PLAT token is the foundation of the BitGuild ecosystem, intertwining our player base with developers. With PLAT, you’ll soon be able to fund games as well as play them, lending your voice to the future of video games on the blockchain. Together, we’ll usher in a new age for gaming enthusiasts.
Token Distribution
Users who participated in the public sale received tokens automatically through the smart contract, and private sale participants received their tokens this week. Those who participated in Bounty and Airdrop will receive their reward PLAT tokens within the next 60 days.

We’re happy to announce that we’ve successfully completed our coin burn on April 10.

What’s next for BitGuild?
As promised, we plan on working tirelessly to deliver the best platform for our gamers and developers.
In the coming months, you can look forward to the initial stages of the official BitGuild platform launch. This includes the preliminary gaming portal website, auction house, as well as a game or two (or more! Stay tuned). We’ll also plan on integrating our own chat system on the portal to allow users to talk about everything BitGuild, make friends, and engage directly with developers.
By the end of the year, you can expect to see a budding ecosystem of cryptogamers and development studios working hand in hand to create the games and visions they want to see, not what a traditional publisher told them to build.
