Imagine a time where in the early 1600s, when the focus shifted from Versailles to Paris and one of the first ideas that would have come to the mind of designers were of minimalist, clean fashion? Still captivating the imaginations of vintage romances in its most simpler, non titular ways.

The story visualises a dreamy state, a time where idea of maximalist baroque is fading and we are moving toward a more sophisticated minimal earthy approach. We reach the point where we achieve what the Rococo might never think of(at least in dreams). I decided to play with the idea of this beautiful chaos, as Saumya and I discuss the idea of visualising the story, we instantly thought of Poco and Jacky and their vintage minimal and extremely chic clothes.

As we worked out way through the two piece story, where we shifted the mood and idea a couple of times, what remained as a constant and focus was the embroidered stripped pajamas, being the most versatile piece the daring modern homme fashion could ask for.

Personally, high fashion does not come easy to me and I am more of a casual under dressed person. I have friends who have jobs in offices which need suits and ties but I am never going to be that person. However, we took a small spin on shirt and the gorgeous pants with Stivali Chealsea Boots from Dameriino which has inspired me to dress(if not formally but dapper-ly) and made me super comfortable with the button down, dramatic play.

What do you think?

Also, many thanks to SodaBottleOpenerWala for being the perfect location for this fantasy play.
