How to Add Photos to Your Blog Posts

Step One: Find a Creative Commons licensed or public domain image. I suggest trying the Flickr Creative Commons or the Flickr Public Domain. Download the image somewhere to your computer.
Step Two: Insert the photo a new line in your publication (by pressing Enter) and click the plus sign with a circle in it. Choose the photo option.
Step Three: Be sure to give attribution for your photo if needed. All Creative Commons photos will need to be given attribution. You can do this in the caption of the photo by crediting the creator and hyperlinking to the creator’s original image on Flickr (see my example above).
