Network Neutrality is principle of free internet access, without the favor or blocking of certain applications or content over others. It should reserve freedom speech and roaming of the internet and protect. While, also providing a open internet for all users of the internet. This impacts the world today, because the world in connected through the internet serves. Rather it be Facebook, YouTube, or simple News sources people from all over are able to connect across nations with one another.

The stakeholders in of this debate are the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). They won a huge case against multiple suing internet providers seeking new rules. In the future you could see internet providers trying to find ways around the rules. Which could lead to other complications.
