Grief is a complex and deeply personal emotion that everyone experiences at some point in their lives. The loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a job, or any other significant change or hardship can trigger it.

At its core, grief is sadness set on fire. It consumes us, burning brightly and intensely until it gradually burns itself out over time. It is a fire that outside forces cannot extinguish but must be allowed to run its course.

The grieving process is often described as a journey with its ups and downs, twists and turns. It is a journey we must take alone, but it is also a journey that we can share with the support and love of others.
