Lizzo said it best, “Truth Hurts.” As individuals, when a sliver of the truth pierces our eardrums, it can feel similar to pouring hot wax into them. However, the pain comes from the actual truth shattering the illusions in our minds we created, which we believed were true.

Powerful insights, and all hard pills to swallow. I'm also likely to worry about just about everything, thinking that it makes me more strategic in approaching the challenge. Really, it just keeps my stomach in knots and messes with my sleep, all…

Remove ALL sources of negativity
- Toxic friends
- Bad relationships
- Disrespectful family
Most people have no interest in growth..
No interest in getting better.....
