Here is the answer:

If for any reason or event, you find it difficult to focus, relax, be happy, get up from bed, take care of yourself, and this is happening over several weeks and is affecting your performance at work, your relationships, your daily routine, your health, then visit a therapist.

If you are thinking “I want a life worth living”, visit a therapist.

In all other cases, such as when you feel confused, tired, exhausted, or if you want to achieve more success, feel more happiness, it should be enough to reach out to a coach.

If you have more time, below is the full post to read who and where gave me this answer as well as additional tips.

The Why of the question

My personal developement journey started about 1,5 years ago. Often times, when reading about fixing my mindset, rewiring my neural connections, rewriting my beliefs, flipping my childhood memories, releasing fear, fighting depression, anxiety and procrastination, I was feeling that there was too much to correct on me, especially on my own.
