How did I Become Consciously Aware And Work On My Self-Awareness Muscle?
There were two circuits and three rounds on Day 3, Week 1 of the 12-week Home Workout program by Heather Robertson.
After I completed the workout, I said to myself, “I want to remember right from the beginning the names of the Exercises.” I did that. There you go!
