My Husband Lost 10 Pounds in 2 Months by Giving Up One Daily Small Habit
Tragedy — an impetus for change
A good friend of my husband’s had a massive heart attack in his home. He did not make it.
He was in his early fifties, fit and active.
He was always out cutting the grass, trimming the bushes, fussing around his outdoor pond, or taking care of his gorgeous flower garden. Happy go lucky, always humming and smiling; he was the last person anyone ever imagined to have a serious health incident.
His passing shook up the entire neighborhood. Numerous people acquainted with our dear friend are now out for daily walks. This is something unique.
It hit my husband hard. They were driveway buddies. Always out having a conversation about their latest tool, or the traffic, or something along those lines. Guy talk. I never understood the allure.
This tragic event shook up my husband.
Anyway, to get to the point, my husband bounced down the stairs yesterday and proudly announced that he had lost 10 pounds in two months. I did not know my husband was aware of where our scale was hiding.
I was surprised.
I asked how.
