Thanksgiving Gets My Creative Juices Flowing

…and I don’t use those juices for basting any turkey, either!

I hate turkey. Or, let me rephrase that: I hate traditional oven-roasted Thanksgiving turkey. On some occasions, I will eat some turkey sausage or a nice turkey burger. But I find the standard turkey-off-the-bone (or even in deli meat form) to be bland and boring.
