The Most Successful People Know The Power Of The Leverage
And how to build a leverage mindset
Are you sick and tired of doing the same thing?
Do you want to know why some people become successful and most won’t?
Then we need to understand the concept of leverage
Let’s say you work for someone and get paid hourly.
Your Rate is 50 $ per hour, and works for 8 hours per day.
The income per day = Time Rate Own Effort.
Your Income = 8 50 1 = 400 $. Note your effort here is always 1.
X Units of Input — → Y Units of Output.
The business world operates on a capitalistic ideology.
An employer should pay the least amount possible to keep shareholders happy and maximize profit.
Now you want to increase your income.
If you are like most people, you try to increase your Rate by working hard, pursuing a new degree like MBA or completing some certification.
All you are trying is to increase the Rate, but your income will always be linear in this case.
I used to think similarly, and I don’t say this is wrong.
