What do you think is the #1 thing we can do to grow spiritually, live a fulfilling life, and thrive?

That’s a question a podcaster asked a monk while on a trip to Nepal.

The monk’s answer might surprise you.

He didn’t respond with ‘meditate,’ ‘be disciplined,’ or ‘read spiritual texts.’

Instead, he said:

That’s why finding our tribe is so important — finding the people who share our values and, more importantly, who embody those values.

Because observing them living out those values will influence how we live our own lives, consciously or unconsciously.

. . .

That’s why I go to yoga in person rather than doing it at home:

To be surrounded by like-minded people who share an interest in healthy living and spirituality.

To interact with people who inspire me to be a better person.

What about you? Who inspires you to show up at your best?
