Your mind knows everything about you, knows your weaknesses and your deepest fears, but also knows your strengths.

So it is up to you to choose what camp your mind should be in.

1- What is happening?

Your mind always wants to go the path of least resistance, wants you to stay on that couch drinking sugary soda, eat pizza, binge-watch TV, not work hard to achieve your dreams, stay up late scrolling on your phone, wake up as late as possible and much more. And it will give you great excuses to do so.

Your job is to say no to all these comfortable situations and go into discomfort, wake up early, eat healthily, and work hard on your dreams; basically, do the opposite of what your mind is telling you to do.

We only grow when we are out of our comfort zone!

Why should you listen to me? Because I was there, and I know how it feels to surrender to your mind, you will feel awful after you give up (knowing you can do better), and you promise yourself to go to the gym after that big unhealthy meal (just to allow yourself to eat that meal), but then you don’t follow through with the gym part. Do you see how sneaky your mind is?
