The Launch Academy Crew is Ready to Rocket!
Ready to Rocket has been around for almost 18 years and every year they showcase the revenue growth leaders of British Columbia’s tech sector. Their lists are created based on an in depth analysis of trends that drive growth in different areas of the tech sector. Through that analysis they identify the top companies that have the capabilities to capitalize on growth trends. Ready to Rocket has had am impressive history of being able to identify companies who will experience rapid growth. Since the beginning of Ready to Rocket, 35 of their listed companies were acquired in the year they were featured and the majority of featured companies exceed a 50% annual revenue growth rate.

Our Maple program, which works with international companies looking to move to Canada, and we’ve been excited to see companies successfully make the move and hit the ground running… more like sprinting!
Oco makes smart security cameras that are weather and vandal proof. They developed a self-learning motion detection systems to avoid false notifications and the camera footage uploads directly to a could storage. Oco landed in Canada less than a year ago and they have grown at an impressive rate.
Clicksitter is the biggest babysitting app in Brazil. The ClickSitter app allows you to find a certified babysitter in your area, check their availabilities, book, and pay all in one place. It’s only been under a year since they landed in Canada and they are already reaching impressive milestones.
VRAR Hub Members
This year, we launched the VRAR Hub in partnership with the Vancouver VRAR Association. We have adapted out Launchpad Program to be supportive of VRAR companies by adding training and education programs, VR and AR equipment rentals, workshops & events as well as mentorship from Silicon Valley-based investors along with local founders and experts. We our proud to see one of our VRAR Hub companies make it onto the Ready to Rocket list.
