A warm welcome to Tomer, The Org’s Senior Director of Product.

Tomer joins our Product Team as Senior Director of Product and works out of our New York office. He’s the newest member on the Product Team, rolling up to Sam who is based in our Copenhagen location.

Tomer spends most of his time product managing Vision, a product that took off earlier this year. Prior to The Org, Tomer worked for Paige and Etsy and holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

We always love to ask our new hires which of our values resonate with them the most. Tomer didn’t hesitate, stating: “Do the dishes. To me this doesn’t just mean everyone rolling up their sleeves to get things done (which it does) but also that if you notice any issues, it’s up to you to pro-actively solve it.” With this in mind it is also not surprising to hear that what drew Tomer to The Org was “the ambitious mission and the impact of the role.”

Outside of work you can find Tomer playing chess or walking his two dogs Sally, a Beagle Mix, and Tiny, a Yorkie along Brooklyn Heights Promenade.
