Meet Esra, The Org’s Data Scientist.

“I enjoy creating meaningful insights by using analytical methods.”

Esra joins our Data Team in Copenhagen and will be working with Thor. “My goal is to use data science methods to provide data-driven business insights from raw data that helps The Org become the most transparent platform for work in the world.” Esra finds it fascinating to build a growing and automated framework for streaming data into our platform. We love when team members bring this level of excitement and passion to work. It’s truly inspiring!

When asked what drew her to The Org she said: “It was an opportunity to work in a multicultural environment that could open my mind beyond work and give me a global vision. In addition, it was a position where I could apply my current skills and add new mastery as a data scientist.”

When Esra is not busy identifying and organizing relevant data sources she enjoys listening to music and practicing yoga. Only few people know that Esra is in fact a great cook and she especially enjoys making sugar-free snacks and experimenting with fermentation. On weekends you can find her outdoors either hiking or cycling and most recently she has taken on the Nordic sport of winter bathing.
