Please welcome Dominic, The Org’s Business Operations Analyst.

We are very excited to welcome Dominic Yong to the team.

Dominic works out of our New York office as a Business Operations Analyst and reports directly to our VP of Operations Maria. Before joining The Org Dominic studied mechanical engineering at the University of Michigan — Ann Arbor and worked at Voxel Academy.

We asked him what drew him to The Org to which he said: “It was the amazing people I met while interviewing and the emphasis on transparency.”

Though originally hired as part of our Scout team, Dom has proven to be flexible and adaptable as our business needs have changed. He seamlessly made the pivot to his current role in Business Operations, where he supports company-wide activities such as driving our KPI process, managing our support email, and being a utility player to jump in and help a broad range of teams on a project-specific basis.

When Dominic is not hard at work, you can find him cooking and hanging out with friends or running around the city. While Dom was born and raised in NYC, he loves to explore new restaurants and new places.
