“Make me a heroine” is one of the key reasons why clients pick specific vendors, services, products, or solutions.

How do we make them a hero or a heroine? What can we do as marketers? How can we ensure that they get the necessary claim to fame, of which we play a silent background partner, a significant partner nevertheless, but a background partner?
